DISPATCH AND LEAD TIMES
Plantation Shutter Parts
Plantation shutter parts are usually dispatched on the same business day as payment confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, we dispatch within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For payments confirmed on weekends or public holidays, dispatch timeframes start on the next business day.
Delivery transit time is additional and varies by destination and carrier.

Australian-Made PVC Shutters
Australian-made PVC shutters are custom-cut in Melbourne and dispatched within 10 business days after order confirmation. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed arrival date. Transit times after dispatch vary by destination and carrier; see the estimated transit times below. If an exceptional issue may affect dispatch, we will contact you directly.
Overseas-Made Shutters
Overseas-made shutters have a 10-12 week lead time from order confirmation. The transit estimates below apply only after dispatch within Australia.
