Inside mount gives a built-in look. Outside mount and Z frame are more forgiving for shallow or out-of-square reveals.

This is how you would like your shutters to hinge/swing. If you only want a single panel for example a small opening you would select L (Left hinge) or R (Right hinge). RRRRRR (Bi Fold 6x panel opening to right). FMBBMF would represent Sliding 3x track Front, Middle, Back, Back, Middle, Front.
89mm is the only size available in Aluminium.
Hidden tilt rod is the only option available in Aluminium, concealed at the rear of the shutter on the same side as the hinges.
We have four different types of Aluminium Shutters available. Bi Fold our most popular Aluminium shutter available in almost any width and layout option.Sliding 2x or 3x track a close second most popular to bi fold available in a 2x track or 3x track (Both available in 150mm x 23mm or 190mm x 23mm top and sideboards).Fixed U Channel is a top and bottom channeled guide for your shutters to tuck under the top channel and sit in bottom channel. The blades can open as normal although the panel does not hinge it is fixed inside the channel. The panels can be removed easily by lifting upward and over the bottom U. These work great as room dividers for the same look on both sides or areas were panels cannot be hinged. L frame hinged panels within an L shaped frame
Only necessary for shutters over 1600mm in height. A divider rail is used to increase the structural integrity of the panels. Some windows have a frame or a window winder you may be able to line the divider rail up with. Please provide the height of the divider rail from the bottom to where you wish the centre of the divider to be (Divider is roughly 75mm in height).
Height from top to bottom of opening. Tolerances are +- 2mm. We make standard deductions of 4mm for Aluminium shutters so please allow for this. Tip: check if opening is square.
