CUSTOM-MADE SHUTTERS, CUSTOMER MEASUREMENTS AND PRE-PRODUCTION REVIEW
Our shutters are custom-made to the measurements, product range, mount type, frame type, panel layout and other options submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking and submitting the final millimetre (mm) measurements and site information for each opening. Please follow our measuring guide carefully, measure each opening in multiple places, and do not deduct manufacturing clearance yourself unless specifically instructed by DIY Plantation Shutters in writing.
Before production, DIY Plantation Shutters may review submitted order details for obvious inconsistencies, missing information, unusual option combinations or visible risks based on the information provided.
This review is not an on-site measure, structural assessment, building inspection, installation inspection or guarantee that the customer’s final measurements, site conditions or installation method are correct.
If a customer is unsure about mount type, reveal depth, handles, tiles, architraves, out-of-square openings, sliding doors, bi-fold openings, wide spans, outdoor areas or other site conditions, the customer should request photo or video advice before production.
Where incorrect or incomplete measurements, photos, site information or order details are supplied by the customer, the resulting risk may remain with the customer, subject always to the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
