Our Melbourne-made PVC shutters are custom-cut to your exact window measurements and dispatched within 10 business days after order confirmation, with Australia-wide delivery. If an exceptional issue may affect dispatch, we will contact you directly. Overseas custom shutters have a 10-12 week lead time.
A full refund can be provided if the custom shutters have not yet been sent to the Melbourne factory for cutting. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to request an adjustment or cancellation.

An excellent product with outstanding service from Richard. We installed the timber shutters on over 20 windows and were very pleased with the quality, fit and finish. Rich was great to deal with and his prices were competitive.
Richard helped me decide what type of shutters to use and the outcome was awesome. I had a decent size order of 13 windows. One window has an arch at the top and Richard looked at a picture I emailed through and helped brainstorm some ideas on it (used Z frame for it). Went hang strips for the other windows which look great and easy to put in. Will be back to get shutters for the rest of the house.
We needed a small (narrow) plantation shutter for our sidelight window next to our front need. Measured up and ordered on the website. Got a follow-up email the next day from Richard who advised on a better mounting selection that would give us a better look.

We searched a lot for a diy plantation shutter company that had a good website, was easy to order & well priced! Well let me tell you, these guys topped all the things and more. The process was easy and they had plenty of options but to top it off the price was great! When it came to delivery we had selected pick up....well because of covid we couldn't do that and within 10 seconds of telling them this they had organized shipping and was picked up that day. A few days later delivered! Bloody legends! After getting about 200 tools ready for the dreaded install, I opened the boxes and really didn't need much at all.
